2. Evidence of ability to raise applicable deposit for the asset
3. Business / rent /salary proceeds' clear records
4. Clean credit history evidenced by a credit reference bureau report
5. Proforma Invoice from a Reputable Dealer for both new and used cars
6. Sales Agreement to be obtained for used cars
7. Ability to repay (cash flow statement)
8. Duly completed credit facility application form
9. PIN certificate and National I.D. (Original and copy).
10. LC 1 introductory letter
11. Cash flow statements
12. Annual audited accounts for last two years and the latest management accounts
13. Registered resolution to Borrow by the company directors
14. Certificate of incorporation
15. TIN certificate and National I.D. (Original and copy) of all directors
16. TIN Certificate of the Company
17. CRB Report
18. A copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
